One billion Rising on Feb. 14th – join in!

You don’t need to be a great dancer but if you want some choreography taught by some great teachers come to rehearsals  February 2nd and 9th from 11am-2pm at the College Community Congregational Church at 5550 N Fresno St, 93710.

Fresno Rising (Start a Rising)

Join us for a flash mob and live music (and possibly more!) at the One Billion Rising event(s) in Fresno.  We are expecting the Raging Grannies, Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, and other groups to come out and support the end of violence against women and girls worldwide.  Everyone is invited!  We will dance with the world on V-day, and dance for all those who cannot.  Fresno needs 75,000 people to meet our goal (1/7 of the population), so come dance with us or start your own rising!
