She is the Director of the Center for Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies. They discussed issues relating to the Israeli lobby in the United States and the pressures put on many academics and activists. We also discussed Professor Muhtaseb recent film that she co-directed “1948:Creation and Catastrophe.”
