The Long Shadow

“The Long Shadow” a documentary film about white privilege, is being shown on Friday, February 28th at 6:45 p.m. at the Community Church of Christ, 5550 N. Fresno Street, to honor Black History Month. WILPF is co-sponsoring with the Mission Committee of that church.
Of all the divisions in America, none is as insidious and destructive as racism. The powerful documentary THE LONG SHADOW takes a shockingly candid look at America’s original sin – slavery — and traces the history of slavery from the country’s founding, up through its insidious ties to racism today.
