Saturday, December 8th from 9 a.m. to noon at Fresno State University, North Gym 118 “The Human Rights of Children” in recognition of the 70th Anniversary of the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights. There will be a Panel Discussion including Esmeralda Santos, KIND, Cheryl Whittle, Fresno State Dept. of Social Work, Loleta Garfield and Willie Carillo, Tule River Tribe. There will be special presentations and performances by children of the Central Valley. It is free and open to the public thanks to the generous support of the Leon S.
