On Saturday, October 10th the Center for Nonviolence will be holding its annual book sale from 8-3 in the parking lot SW corner Olive and Van Ness. We are hoping, of course, that not only will you donate books to sell, but will attend the sale and buy some more books! We are a bit behind asking for books this year, so would really appreciate it if you would take a look at your book shelves and see which ones you are willing to give up! Always difficult I know to part with ‘good friends’.
You can bring the books to the Center at 1584 N.Van Ness – or if that is not possible, let us know and we’ll if someone can come and pick them up. Also, we do take CDs, DVDs and books on tape – but not textbooks or video cassette tapes. (DISNEY VHS TAPES OKAY)
Oh, pass this on to any friend or relative that may have books too!
