Dear Friends of the Center: We at the Center love Mike – and we’ll miss him. I really hope that you can attend this farewell to Mike and fundraiser for the Community Alliance. As its editor, Mike has worked tirelessly for many years, mostly unpaid. This newspaper has become a Valley treasure – a resource that we absolutely must do all can to preserve. The event is on Saturday, February 15 at 5:30 at the UU Church. See information below. If you cannot attend, a donation to Community Alliance would be much appreciated.
If you want to attend, I have tickets which I can put in the mail for you – you can pay at the door if you like at Will Call (I’m assuming there will be one). If you want to pay via Brown Paper Tickets, you can do that also. Or you can pick up a ticket at the Center for Nonviolence, 1584 N.
