Three remaining members of the Cuban Five released

For many years the Center for Nonviolence has partnered with Pastors for Peace and their caravan to Cuba.  We are so happy that, after 16 years in a U.S. prison,  the three remaining members of the Cuban Five have been reunited with their families. Here is a statement from IFCO.

Saturday, December 6 from 10-4 at the Big Red Church. 2131 N. Van Ness  Peace Community Holiday Crafts Faire sponsored by Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom.  The Center will have a booth featuring our fair trade program items from Equal Exchange – organic coffees, teas, cocoa and chocolate bars.  New will be Guatamalan Honey and Orange Marmalade.
